Stacked on #2129 at exact head 163d0c239b. Merge and release #2129 first.

This changes the existing Application/gibson source in place to sean/gibson.git main at manifests/gibson. The Application identity, project, destination, self-heal setting, and sync options do not change. Prune is false for adoption, and bundle/gibson stays available for the later serial cleanup.

The new cluster-free guard proves that no second Gibson Application owner exists. It also proves normalized render parity with released destination commit 97421cd6f1ae3cd7809750b77808bff18955af56. Both renders have digest 7eeff2f107131e2446f7ac9ea8a6632e80bf237489b259f09e7b02a84eaccc9c and the same four object identities.

Validation: bash tests/check.sh: 144 passed, 0 skipped, 0 failed. The pre-push hook repeated the same result.

No release or live cluster change is part of this PR.
