    Fixed

    • pipeline-lib-bump waits for the release tag to reach the CODEBERG backup before
      bumping: the sensor fires on the Forgejo tag push, but the module path resolves via
      codeberg, which gets the tag on the ~10-min backup cycle — the first sensor-fired run
      died 'unknown revision' on every consumer.

    Included changes (v0.1.185 -> v0.1.186)
