    • Remove the libseanfarm-operator lib-bump autoland (step 2/2): delete the pipeline-lib-bump
      ClusterWorkflowTemplate + its templates/base kustomization entry. The operator-side libBump
      capability (which referenced it) is gone (sean/pipelines-operator), so the
      check-emittable-templates tripwire no longer sees a reference. Lib bumps are done by hand now.
    • Deploy onto argocd-platform (platform-collapse Phase 1). The pipelines app-of-apps (apps/),
      the pipeline-deploy sync-gate RBAC + argocdNamespace default (templates/base/pipeline-deploy*),
      and the pipelines PipelineProject CR (project-crs/pipelines.yaml) repoint from the per-tenant
      argocd-alice to the cluster-singleton argocd-platform, consolidating the redundant CD engine.
