    • Stand up pipeline-workflows-infra-platform (platform-collapse Phase 2, A5). A new argocd-platform
      Application delivers the build-pipeline eventing/RBAC (EventBus + EventSource forgejo:12000 + build
      SAs/RBAC/ExternalSecrets) into workflows-platform ALONGSIDE the live workflows-alice copy — the
      in-place dual-stack the collapse cuts over on. Additive + reversible: nothing touches workflows-alice.
      bundle/workflows-infra-platform is a verbatim copy of infra/build-pipeline/manifest.yaml re-namespaced
      by a kustomize transformer; it deliberately excludes the self-deploy pipelines-operator-pindeploy Sensor
      and the shared-secret cosign-key-extractor Job (both stay single-instance until cutover). Adds
      workflows-platform to the pipelines AppProject destinations.
