    • Stand up pipeline-provisioner-platform (platform-collapse Phase 2, A6). A new argocd-platform
      Application delivers templates/platform/pipeline-provisioner.yaml — the workflows-platform twin of the
      base onboarding provisioner (scoped-MinIO-key minting + Forgejo push-webhook registration) — ALONGSIDE
      alice's. Forked with: workflows-alice→workflows-platform, work bucket alice-workflows→platform-workflows,
      the EventSource HURL→forgejo-eventsource-svc.workflows-platform:12000, and the cross-ns Roles in the
      shared minio-platform/pkg-alice/forgejo-alice namespaces renamed -platform so they don't clobber
      alice's. Excludes the dashboard-broadread singleton Job. Additive + reversible; nothing touches alice.
