    • pipeline-base retarget + pipeline-workflows-infra retirement (B5.15/16 — unwedge after the
      alice prune).       Both apps SyncFailed rendering into the deleted workflows-alice ns.
      templates/base drops its 9 alice-pinned RBAC/provisioner files and the alice release-lib
      generator (every SA/Role has a live bare twin; verified against the cluster) — the shared
      cross-ns Roles + ClusterRoles those files carried (shipwright-build kernel Role, flux-system
      deploy-flux Role, argocd-platform deploy Role, cwt-reader/dryrun ClusterRoles, the
      fleet-roll ClusterRole) move verbatim into workflows-infra-bare, with new -bare cluster
      bindings where the alice-subject ones died. pipeline-base dest → workflows (now
      CWTs + bare backfill only). pipeline-workflows-infra is deleted outright (dead render:
      alice CRs, alice eventing, done); its live ForgejoBranchProtection CRs (@forgejo) carry
      over via the projects/linux overlay in workflows-infra-bare. Render-gated: pipeline-base
      35 docs alice-free; bare bundle 105 docs, all moved names present.
