The .*-{tenant}$ namespaceRegex no longer matches the renamed forgejo
singleton ns, so forgejo/forgejo-s3-credentials has been
SecretSyncedError since 2026-07-22 — masked by the Retained target
Secret, but a MinIO key rotation would have broken Forgejo blob storage
silently. ESO ORs store conditions; add namespaces: [forgejo]. Found by
the alice-residue audit.
This pull request has changes conflicting with the target branch.
