chore(oidc): prune retired-ns references (dead registry rules + RG entries) ... 76a45f6e96

The oathkeeper registry-v2/registry access rules pointed at
zot.registry-alice.svc — dead since the 2026-07-21 bare-registry flip
(the bare route serves registry.sean.farm direct; zot does its own
htpasswd/anon auth, so no traffic legitimately reaches these rules).
Removing them drops 4 combine variables in lockstep with the fmt verbs
(structurally verified: 7 %s = 7 vars — the Sprintf-EXTRA class). The
olly-to-oathkeeper ReferenceGrant loses its olly-alice/registry-alice
from-entries (namespaces retired; bare olly entry serves) and their two
patches. apis/stack README composite tree rewritten to the real 6
children. Found by the alice-residue audit.

This pull request has changes conflicting with the target branch.
