Retires the failing native ForgejoPushMirror after the replacement CronWorkflow succeeded for Linux and all critical refs. Delta-batches missing refs so branch-heavy repositories converge without a single gateway-timeout-sized push.\n\nVerified: platform tests/check.sh; embedded backup script bash -n; live scheduled backups for all 28 GitMirror repos; Linux main/trunk/deployed tag exact at Codeberg.
