cleanup: retire the minio, tenantbucket and tenantdatabase APIs ... 5d4ba1f4e7

All three are adopted as plain Flux in seanfarm (minio-instance,
tenantbucket, tenantdatabase Kustomizations; every render byte-identical
to the live composed state). Orphan floors are live on all 22 Objects, the
XTenantDatabase XR is paused with its 10 direct openbao CRs de-owned and
de-referenced, and XTenantBucket is a raw flux-applied XR whose file
removal prunes it cleanly. The platform and stack compositions drop their
minio / tenant-database children.
