    • Make Forgejo→Codeberg backup CronWorkflows self-recover from stale
      status.active references by using concurrencyPolicy: Replace; one failed
      pre-cutover run can no longer suppress every later module/tag backup.
    • Allow the pkg-host Flux Kustomization to replace its rerunnable bootstrap
      Job when the immutable pod template changes, unblocking the cluster-wide
      GitOps deployment gate.
