Rewrite README.md, CHANGELOG.md, and substantial comment blocks in QDDSSRC/QRPGLESRC to ASD-STE100. Only comment text changed; DDS/RPGLE code columns untouched, verified. Version numbers and dates in CHANGELOG unchanged.
