Complete the native recovery CLI for source checks, staging compilation, rollback capture, release freezing and production deployment. Preserve drift and data gates, durable checkpoints, cancellation and independently verified completion. The source change is additive; the existing recipe remains active until the separate cached recipe cutover.

Includes the preceding native development capture primitives. Validation: Go race tests and vet; final command and library suites on actual Linux AMD64 and ARM64; exact published v21 reader verified and executed a frozen v2 payload with an offline host failure correctly propagated. Four real BuildKit cache cases and the complete recipe check command list passed in the pinned worker. Normal release and production evidence follow through Binjovi.
