The top-level listing.json and tools.json under each recovered object were byte-identical to the bundle copies that result.json names by hash. Only the verified bundle stays; the assembly script records the rule. No member, DDL, dump or bundle changes.

chore: keep only the verified Ghidra bundle copies of the listings ... 110a6fc010

The top-level listing.json and tools.json under each object's recovery
directory were byte-identical to the bundle's instructions.json and
tools.json. The bundle is the verified artifact (its manifest and sha256
are what result.json names), so the duplicates go. The assembly script
records the rule for the next run.

fix: retry the final presence checks on transport failures ... d562a08680

The check stage of the housekeeping Build compiled every object and then
died on a name-resolution failure inside one CHKOBJ, which the script
reported as a missing object. Only an IBM i object-not-found message
means missing; anything else is retried three times.
