feat: release 1, recovered from pub400 after the routine source loss ... 4f0a8bb622

Number Munchers, recovered from the box after the routine source loss of
rpg-munchers v0.1.30, with no access to the original source:

- native/QRPGLESRC/: the 15 surviving NM* members, each exported alone
  with its catalog type in two strict runs and compared
  (exact_source_captured), including the QTEMP test programs and their
  CL drivers.
- db/sql/: 12 QSYS2.GENERATE_SQL texts for the tables and procedures
  (generated_ddl).
- recovery/objects/: the lost executables as save-file dumps with on-box
  retained copies (retained_binary_only), and the Ghidra 11.1.2 + PowerAS
  bundles of the two stripped ILE programs (disassembly_captured:
  MUNCHERS 49,243 instructions, NMPERSIST 21,147). NMRULE (OPM) is
  unsupported for Ghidra and stays a dump. MUNCHD (DSPF) has no source
  path and stays a dump.
- recovery/application/: the catalog receipts, including the SQL
  precompile options from QSYS2.SYSPROGRAMSTAT.
- sourcerer.json, derived from the receipts (sourcerer manifest validate:
  ok); scripts/deploy.sh installs the twin from this content only (dry run
  in SOMEARA1: recovery/deploy-dryrun-SOMEARA1.log); recovery/README.md is
  the strict provenance table from scripts/recovery-report.sh.
- Seven of the eight original reels: the arcade-clock scenario needs the
  Go qualification client of the original repository.

fix: carry the scenario helper the lesson reels source ... 5dbf74df5d

Scenarios 5 to 8 source tests/lesson-play.sh; the first release stage
stopped there after the three arcade reels passed against the recovered
program. The helper is part of the behaviour contract, copied like the
scenario scripts.
