Move number classification into the OPM RPG program NMRULE and score awards into fixed-format RPG IV program NMSCORE. The free-format engine calls both through packed decimal parameter interfaces during play. NMRULE supports multiples, factors, primes, equality, and both inequality directions. This release keeps the current multiple boards; the campaign sequence follows separately.

Native NMRTEST compares 14256 rule cases and checks zero-divisor handling and score limits. The test first failed on the absent rule program. Both programs then compiled with severity zero, and the engine checks and all four live play suites passed in SOMEARA1.

Binjovi declares NMRULE as OPM and verifies both new programs before and after deployment. Keep all source. No database objects change.
