Report each installer checkpoint while retaining the final evidence file as the acceptance record. Repeat the first frozen schema deployment after the Binjovi deployment-duration fix in PR #1453.

Validation: eight offline database tests pass. The failed v0.1.14 deployment left all eleven registered schema objects READY; no player rows were changed by this fix.
