Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Record the released media and Unicode fixes, current deployment state, and remaining native evidence gaps. Preserve unfinished test work as an inactive patch so no feature branch is left behind. The draft wrong-library fault did not trigger its assertion; it is explicitly not counted as passing evidence. Application programs and active tests are unchanged.
Validation: git diff --check and git apply --check of the draft pass. This fresh candidate must repeat native staging and deployment with the newly pinned publisher v11 and IBM i builder v18. The previous release kept its old catalog pins and was canceled.
