Record the successful v0.1.17 deployment to SOMEARAB, release and task identities, published evidence, schema verification, program metadata comparison, and unchanged empty player tables. Feature work stops at this deployment. Remaining fault and installer gaps and the inactive draft patch are preserved in the continuation document.

Validation: git diff --check and git apply --check pass. This documentation-only revision must follow the normal Binjovi build, release, and deployment path.
