Add compiled player/storage qualification commands with shared in-process IBM i transport. Keep existing source entrypoints unchanged until the supporting recipe publishes both native architectures.

Full legacy SQL/native command traces and normalized evidence match. Success and eighteen failure variants, concurrent RACE overlap, lock timing, C-locale parsing, malformed wire data and TERM-resistant descendant cancellation pass. The complete behavior suite also passes with race instrumentation; vet and both Linux cross-builds pass. A twenty-pair local startup/one-fixture-SQL benchmark measured median 32.25 to 10.40 ms and p95 35.73 to 11.59 ms; this is not whole-pipeline latency.
