This PR combines the remaining Munchers qualification work after the verified v0.1.25 baseline deployment.

It adds player and storage evidence for guest/profile flows, saved-session paging, complete state replay, score ordering, finish retries, active clock behavior, and exact cleanup ownership. It adds isolated fault and object-resolution checks, guarded installer fixtures with populated-data preservation, deterministic payload controls, and the reports and recordings required by the reviewed recipe. Fixture setup uses set-based inserts and installer snapshots use host batches while preserving all rows and assertions.

Offline validation passed: Go tests and vet, qualification, transport, cancellation, installer fixtures, and Linux ARM64 qualification (23 qualification tests, one terminal test, 29 subtests, zero skips). The branch is rebased onto deployed trunk revision a1bca3f0a8. Native SOMEARA2 staging, publication, and SOMEARAB identity verification remain release gates.
