The Binjovi deploy stage reads the flat release repository, so the routine loss profile is now staged in each release as loss-profile.json (binjovi-plans PR #319) and the deploy applies that copy with the pipeline engine. The cancelled v0.1.30 release left no candidate (its merge had already moved trunk), so this PR is the release that carries the routine mode and the first staged profile; its deploy runs the first munchers routine loss.
