Delete branch "feat/binjovi-active-webhook-retirement"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Remove 35 retained operator declarations: 29 native callbacks and six Argo CD callbacks. Binjovi's approved service bindings now own their configuration and initial creation. Keep the exact-name legacy read grants so a returning old writer blocks effects. Keep hello-lib with its separate retirement and the four inactive Pipelines RPG hooks disabled.
Update source tests to reject competing active declarations after rebuild. Retain prerequisites were released in PR362. Release this handoff only after core863 is deployed and the original remote IDs/configuration plus pending external intent are verified. The source uses prune:false; exact retained live CR deletion and independent adoption verification follow source convergence.
