Use the released multi-architecture helper image and select the matching pinned GCP plugin binary. Stage a common launcher while preserving the existing AMD64 catalog command. This prepares mixed hosts without changing the Raft data, placement, or live plugin registration.

Validation: helper image guard and Kustomize render pass. Plugin hashes match the upstream secrets-gcp v0.23.0 checksums. Verify all five peers after deployment before changing the catalog.
