Close the DNS adoption window after Pipelines v0.1.732 removed Application/dns. Flux is the sole healthy owner; six DNS object UIDs, two credential Secret UIDs, ExternalDNS pod UID, 26 Certificate identities, 26 TLS Secret UIDs, and public answers remained unchanged.
