Takes AGENTS.md verbatim from the agents branch (38b935dd, "tweaking agents.md").

The file keeps English, Purpose, North star with its three invariants, First principles, and the LE-prod rate-limit rule. Everything after that is dropped: 737 lines, no insertions.

Only the AGENTS.md blob is taken. The agents branch itself is 111 files behind main, so it is not merged and 38b935dd is not cherry-picked.

CLAUDE.md is a symlink to AGENTS.md, so this is the live agent instruction set.

bash tests/check.sh is green on the branch.
