The Binjovi Flux owner has prune disabled. Add two one-shot, exact-name cleanup Jobs for the unused 10 GiB BuildKit cache claims. Each namespace-local Role can only get and delete its one legacy PVC. The active v2 names are outside both Roles.

Validation:

• focused retirement and cache contracts
• full Binjovi manifest contract
• Kustomize render
• Kubernetes server-side dry run
