Replace ten full Git index scans with one fixed-string multi-pattern scan. This is the first Seanfarm change on the native changed-path route.

Checks:

• the audit rejects an injected retired name
• all ten Binjovi guards pass
• every-guard-has-a-caller passes
• the Binjovi Kustomize root renders
• route selection is limited to the binjovi Flux Kustomization and readiness profile
