Add the isolated platform-seanfarm native Flux agent Deployment using the project OAuth Secret and Flux ServiceAccount. Remove the unauthenticated availability CronJob and unused OCI publisher registry resources. Keep least-privilege Flux RBAC and Cilium policy.
