The deployed pinned MinIO image has no cmp command. Use SHA256 readback for both private and public probes. Check mc read failures directly before hashing. Permit Flux to replace this exact idempotent Job when its script changes; all three stable credentials remain unchanged.

Red/green: the cluster guard rejected the old cmp script and passes the corrected script. The exact pinned MinIO image passed a SHA256 toolchain smoke check in a credential-free cluster pod. The full Binjovi infrastructure contract also passed in the cluster.
