Argo ignores changes to the native availability agent image, while the bootstrap job pins an older release. Remove only the image ignore and image write so Binjovi agent-release.yaml owns the agent image. Keep the credential bridge fields and use a new immutable Job name.

Validation: the image ownership regression test fails before the fix and passes after it; the existing OAuth contract and complete Binjovi kustomize render pass.
