Add K3S_NODE_TAINTS support to the worker join path. Validate the value before credentials or cloud operations and include it in the first K3s configuration. Update the storage note for RustFS.

Validation: three renderer tests, shell syntax, and the existing readiness contract pass. No worker was created or removed by this change.
