Add a rootless BuildKit daemon on the existing ARM canary with a 10 GiB ZFS cache, mTLS, bounded build concurrency, and the native ARM profiler wrapper from Binjovi v0.1.599. Keep the shared AMD64 daemon unchanged. Apply the existing cluster egress denial policy to both daemons. Register a dedicated Bytey ARM OAuth client and deliver its credential to workflows. Validation: BuildKit contract passed; Kustomize render passed. The canary selector and toleration prevent this deployment from moving to AMD64.
