Use a shared Bash curl fixture for five bootstrap guards. Preserve Hydra, collaborator, repository and Hetzner identity checks, exact writes, failure handling and lost-acknowledgement recovery. The fixture never contacts a network service.

Validation: 37 scenarios and two lost-response reruns pass with Python blocked. Changed shell files pass ShellCheck and syntax checks; diff checks pass. This change only replaces test harnesses.
