Both replacement guards pass with Python denied, including six existing replayed mutations and seven additional relation mutations. Shellcheck, syntax and diff checks pass. The pair took 1.04 seconds in one local observation; matched pipeline evidence remains outstanding. No manifests or credentials change.

Parse each identity once and check static access keys, scoped stores/readers, generated-key delivery and root namespace isolation with jq. Replace the Python claim/mount check and reuse temporary files. Both replacement guards pass with Python denied, including six existing replayed mutations and seven additional relation mutations.
