The existing ARM canary has a migration.seanfarm.io/arm-canary=true:NoSchedule taint. The helper Pod existed before that taint, but its DaemonSet could not recreate it after the drained asset update. Add the exact toleration so the existing helper can enroll again while the node remains cordoned for verification.

The package generator preserves the bundle identity and all policy inputs. The guard rejects the missing toleration before the change and passes afterward. No cloud node or workload is replaced.
