Delete branch "perf/native-node-observation"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Select the compiled node helper and the independently published two-architecture runtime in observe-only mode. Pin the verified v0.1.635 agent release, regenerate the complete package and create a fresh bundle identity that includes the current ARM scheduling template.
The previous toleration-only change reused a bundle whose immutable template pin already existed. This fresh declaration restores enrollment without editing stored pins or journals. Both agent and helper image indexes contain amd64/arm64. Generator/domain checks and Binjovi infrastructure guards pass. Native kernel calls remain disabled. The controlled helper rollout checks retained journal, unchanged boot identity, exact binary/runtime/nsenter and enrollment before restoring ARM scheduling; no cloud worker replacement.
