Pin the independently verified v639 multiarchitecture agent Release in the native node package. Regenerate the coupled agent/init image, release and bundle fields. Keep observe-only mode, native helper v2, OnDelete, journal path, protocol, ARM toleration and security settings unchanged.

Validation: canonical NodePackage check; whole-document allowed-field comparison; complete Seanfarm guard suite; local workflow controls reject missing or stale maintenance evidence. The new bundle is sha256:8a7b77914c097657398687efb3f506ca8b2ecfa35dd39215310764c0f1f0c6b8.

The policy ConfigMap triggers a controller restart. Release after the IBM i lane drains, then replace only eligible helper Pods serially and require fresh approval, enrollment, journal and runtime proofs. This declaration does not replace a Kubernetes Node or cloud worker or enable maintenance.
