Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Correct the stale cluster purpose and active contributor guides. Binjovi is the sole CI/CD authority. Replace the old release and repository procedures with exact-build binjovictl releases and independent Deploy verification. Correct DNS ownership to the current Flux source without changing ACME configuration. Add a guard to prevent retired instructions from returning. Historical evidence, backups, removal guards, and kernel safety requirements remain intact. Local guidance, guard registration, and ACME approval checks pass.
