Fix operator startup without Gateway reconciliation after transient RBAC absence. An init container checks established/served CRDs and list access using the existing operator service account. No new permissions. Pin the off-cluster multi-platform Flux CLI image; no registry/Gateway startup dependency. Red-green contract and full guard suite pass. Release only through binjovictl.
