Remove the retired olly-pipeline-bot collaborator from desired state after the separate deletionPolicy: Delete release converged. Document the Olly exception and require its absence in the Binjovi contract. After this release, delete only the exact orphaned collaborator CR so forgejo-operator removes the write grant.

Tests: bash tests/binjovi.sh; bash tests/check.sh.
