    • Advance the Forgejo operator CRD/source pin to v0.6.26 before its controller
      image promotion, adding the enforced one-shot import contract and
      importSource immutability.
    • Layer both isolated Athens caches on proxy.golang.org for faster, less
      failure-prone cold misses, and expose their native cache/latency metrics to
      the cluster vmagent. The build and release caches keep separate PVCs and
      separate load domains.
    • Make the in-cluster feature-branch push helper wait through the safe pipelines
      workflow API instead of reading Argo Workflow objects directly.
