      hcloud-token-platform + bake-ssh-key-platform Flux Kustomizations that create the
      workflows-platform namespace and stand up the hcloud-token + bake-ssh-key Secrets there
      (reusing the existing source dirs via targetNamespace + TENANT=platform, no re-encryption).
      Prepares the parallel platform kernel/node bake stack alongside live workflows-alice; nothing
      touches alice.
