    • argo-workflows-base: REGISTRY_STORE seam for the zot registry ExternalSecrets (platform-collapse
      Phase 2, gate-prep).       registry-credentials + zot-admin-credentials now reference
      zot-${REGISTRY_STORE}-registry-credentials instead of zot-${TENANT}-. REGISTRY_STORE is provided
      by the platform-seanfarm Workflows composition (defaults to TENANT; Optional spec.registryStore
      override). Alice is unchanged (REGISTRY_STORE defaults to alice); the platform singleton sets
      registryStore: alice so its zot ExternalSecrets borrow zot-alice-registry-credentials during
      dual-run. Fixes the workflows-platform registry-credentials/zot-admin-credentials SecretSyncedError.
