    • Registry push/pull creds flip off zot-alice-registry-credentials → zot-registry-registry-credentials. The kernel-chain
      registry push secret (registry-sean-farm-push, shipwright-build) and the openbao-operator registry pull secret repoint to the
      bare registry singleton's self-minted admin credential store, ahead of the XRegistry/alice teardown. Push cred rotates at cutover;
      the openbao one is a pull secret (anonymous pulls work regardless).

    Included changes (v0.1.74 -> v0.1.75)
