Fixed
- pkg-cache no longer falls over under heavy nix builds. A sysadmin nix build (hundreds of
  parallel NAR fetches writing large .nar.xz to the PVC) blocked the nginx workers on synchronous
  disk IO → /healthz timed out → the liveness probe killed+restarted the pod, dropping in-flight
  connections (Couldn't connect to server (7) in build logs; nix fell back to cache.nixos.org so
  builds still completed). Fix: aio threads + aio_write on (offload IO off the worker event loop),
  worker_connections 4096→16384, a tolerant liveness probe (timeout 5s, failureThreshold 6, period
  15s), and headroom (cpu 250m→500m / 2→4, mem 256Mi→512Mi / 1→2Gi).
