 chore: drop legacy CI machinery, render via upstream asciidoctor 
Replaces the old Makefile (which called scripts/build.sh — auto-commit + push to master + ci-runner docker build) with a minimal render-only target. The in-cluster Argo Workflows + BuildKit + cosign + Argo CD Image Updater pipeline now owns the build/sign/deploy story; this Makefile only converts adoc → html. Deletes scripts/{build,common,publish,stage,prod}.sh and the unused analyitics.script. Regenerates someara-resume.html from someara-resume.adoc via the upstream asciidoctor docker image (jumped from 1.5.8 to 2.0.26, hence the large stylesheet diff). adoc reflects the typographic apostrophe + past-tense correction from the previous live edit.
