Delete branch "codex/zot-arm-runtime-pin"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Pin the published Zot image for both architectures and use Alpine for the three registry init containers. Keep the external Codeberg source and image prewarm hook so the registry can start during a local registry outage. ARM canary checks passed: cold index rebuild from RustFS, health probes, exact manifest and 57 MB blob hashes, and two scoped writes to an existing namespaced repository with readback. All registry checks pass. The serving StatefulSet keeps its current placement; the Hydra registrar tools remain a separate ARM migration step.
