fix(node-bootc): strip AlmaLinux base path in the PKG_CACHE rewrite ... 2a69d28ab0

The pkg-cache reconstructs the upstream as <host><base>/<rest>, so the AlmaLinux
rewrite must strip repo.almalinux.org/almalinux (host + base), not just the host.
Leaving /almalinux in <rest> produced a double /almalinux/almalinux/10/... and
404'd the AppStream repodata (upstream repo.almalinux.org/almalinux/10/... is 200).
Now matches the epel rule (strips <host>/pub/epel).

Latent until now — the kernel bake dropped PKG_CACHE, so node-bootc never used the
cache; fixing that (pipeline-build-kernel) exposed this. Found via the platform-collapse
kernel bake smoke; roll-free (image build config).
